With such a tremendous amount to go through to transition to a female, I suggest a more androgynous approach. Stay a man but develop your feminine side. Expand your horizons. Anyway, if you’re a male, you will always have XY chromosomes, not XX like a female. Be masculine but be caring, affectionate, and emotionally understanding.
From what was said, I deduce some men are simply transitioning to a eunuch.
